WhatsNextEducation (WNE) operates on a subscription model. Subscribers are charged arecurring fee of $9.50 AUD per month. A complimentary 14-day trial is provided to all newsubscribers. At the conclusion of the trial, unless cancelled, the subscription automaticallytransitions to a paid plan and the first monthly payment is charged. Subscriptions automaticallyrenew each month unless cancelled by the subscriber. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensurethat their payment details remain valid and up to date.
WNE accepts Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as made available onthe checkout page. By subscribing, you authorise WNE to charge your selected payment methodfor the subscription fees on a recurring monthly basis. In the event of a failed payment, WNE maysuspend or restrict access until payment is successfully processed. Subscribers are responsible forany charges or fees imposed by their payment provider.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the subscriber’s account settings. No minimumcommitment period applies. Upon cancellation, subscribers retain access to WNE services until theend of their current billing cycle, after which access will cease. Subscription fees arenon-refundable, including in circumstances where the service is only partially used during the billingcycle. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable consumer protection legislation inAustralia.

All course content, study materials, videos, graphics, written documents, branding, and otherintellectual property remain the exclusive property of WNE. Your subscription grants you a limited,non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for personal study. Anyreproduction, republication, or commercial exploitation of WNE content without prior writtenconsent is strictly prohibited.
WNE aims to provide accurate, current, and relevant educational material. However, WNE does notguarantee any particular outcomes such as financial success, property ownership, or careeradvancement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WNE disclaims all liability for damages,losses, or claims arising from use of the services. This includes but is not limited to indirect,incidental, or consequential damages.
WNE is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during sign-up or use ofthe service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be stored securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. By subscribing, you consent to suchprocessing and storage of your information.
WNE strives to ensure uninterrupted access to its services but does not guarantee that the platformwill be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside WNE’scontrol may occasionally limit availability. WNE will not be liable for any interruption, delay, or dataloss due to such events.
WNE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the service at any time.Subscription pricing, features, or terms may also be updated. Subscribers will be notified ofsignificant changes. Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of theupdated terms.
These Terms and Agreement are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Anydisputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
